| Mark H. Stenberg, CEO|
Mark was the founder and CEO of Iceland Health, Inc. which was acquired in a 2006 merger with Nutrition 21, Inc. (NXXI), a Nasdaq-traded public company. Under Mark’s stewardship Iceland Health became the largest selling brand of omega-3 in the U.S. Mark is a founding member of Icelandirect and has served as CEO since 2010. Prior to coming to the supplement industry, Mark spent 20 years in the computer industry founding and subsequently selling seven computer-related enterprises. He has an MBA from University of Virginia. He specializes in nutraceutical marketing, FDA/FTC regulation, finance, business development and administration, and systems analysis and design.
| Brandon Miller, President|
Brandon was a co-founder of Brazilian Basics, a nutritional supplement marketer, before joining Icelandirect in 2009 as Senior VP of Sales. He has since been promoted to President, overseeing all of Icelandirect’s import and distribution operations including product development, assisting clients in sourcing, and developing strategic products within the health and wellness industry. Brandon’s prior experience includes sales management at The Career Center in New York. He has a B.A. from the University of Missouri.
|Andrea Patino, Vice President of Operations|
Andrea has many years of experience with Icelandirect and prior positions centered in operations and logistics. As a result of her strong background in this particular field, Andrea successfully solves organizational and operational issues, builds strong customer confidence while producing results. Prior to joining Icelandirect, Andrea worked at ECHO Design Group and Atlantic Detroit Diesel Allison and has over ten years of experience in transportation, logistics and project management. She has a BA in Psychology and Spanish Literature from Rutgers University.
|Susan Jackson, Director of Operations, QA & QC|
Susan, having held positions in operations, quality control, regulatory affairs and product development in both enterprise and entrepreneurial environments, has over 30 years of work experience in the nutritional, pharmaceutical, and food industries. With extensive knowledge of quality systems, she is a qualified regulatory professional with a proven track record of experience in quality assurance, auditing, operations, and manufacturing supply chain organization. Susan coordinates, develops, and directs all of Icelandirect’s production personnel and activities to meet the requirements of marketers, consumers, regulatory agencies, and accrediting agencies. Susan is a highly-attentive and analytical Director with a proven history of mastering diverse operations, maintenance and repair, equipment documentation, and technician/project coordination to facilitate timely and comprehensive delivery of critical results in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Susan holds a B.S. in Chemistry and has the following certifications: Certified Quality Auditor and Manager by the American Society for Quality; RAB Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9000 by the International Registration of Certified Auditors; HACCP Validation Professional Certificate; and FDA Authorized Better Process Control School Certified.
|Shelagh Dwyer, Sales Manager|
Shelagh joins Icelandirect as Sales Manager bringing over 20 years of sales and leadership experience to the team, most recently from DSM Nutritional Products where she focused on dietary supplements, nutritional lipids and the API market. She has a BS in Nursing from Villanova University, and is a certificate candidate at Tufts University. She brings best practices to our sales team and our customers.
Greg brings to Icelandirect a full complement of customer service support to ensure complete business satisfaction. Additionally, he comes with a strong customer service background in the healthcare industry and more recent experience in sales as an Account Executive with Koyo Cooling Systems, Inc. Greg holds a B.A. in Communication and an M.A. in Leadership Studies and Public Administration from Centenary College of New Jersey.
Henry brings to Icelandirect a combination of experience in both sales and microbial analysis. Prior to joining Icelandirect, Henry worked at Reliance Vitamin, a supplement manufacturing company specializing in contract and private label sales. At Reliance he started out as a microbiologist and then moved on to sales where he brought in new business as well as managed existing accounts. At Icelandirect, Henry uses his analytical background to assist clients in choosing and formulating the most optimal ingredients for their production requirements. Henry holds a B.A. from Rutgers University.
Nina joins Icelandirect with a deep understanding of keeping the customer central to the process. Her background includes customer service and sales at DSM Nutritional Products, one of the world’s largest vitamin, nutraceutical, and nutritional lipid suppliers. Nina launched her career at DSM in Customer Service where she quickly excelled as a top performer by understanding the customer’s needs and expectations. Moving to sales she supported new business development, new product launches, and customer growth. Nina holds a B.A in Communications and a minor in Business Management from SUNY Cortland. Nina’s abilities and industry experience makes her a strong asset and a welcome addition to the Icelandirect sales team.
|Taylor Clark, Account Manager|
Taylor brings to Icelandirect a well-rounded background in exercise science and nutritional studies as well as customer service and marketing skills. After graduating Rutgers University with a B.S. degree in Exercise Science, Taylor continued her education by obtaining her personal fitness trainer certification through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. Taylor was originally hired as the customer service manager at Icelandirect and quickly expanded her role to purchasing, sourcing, and account management. Taylor has always had a compelling interest in the health and wellness arena and continues today with creating/selling supplements, personal training, and competing in fitness competitions.
|Samantha Kagan, Account Manager|
Samantha excels at understanding and matching a customer’s needs and expectations, both immediate and in the future. She holds a B.S. from Rutgers University in Psychology. As Customer Service Manager, Samantha is the liaison between the customer and Icelandirect’s Production Department, assuring that the lines of communication remain open. She combines her passion, experience, and ability to develop long-term relationships with existing and new customers. Her philosophy is that everyone has an important part to play in customer service and she works hard to identify the customer’s needs. As a true professional Samantha will always go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations. Furthermore, she has a pro-active and “can-do” attitude with exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Angie is experienced in lab testing, quality compliance, and quality assurance. Having significant experience in previous positions with pharmaceutical and nutritional supplement companies, she is fully versed in implementing and maintaining strict controls, scheduling, and analysis throughout the production process. At Icelandirect, Angie ensures that the products we produce for our clients meet or exceed the highest industry and regulatory standards.

Wendy has 20 years of experience as a Customer Service Professional working at both small and large companies. She has accumulated a wide array of knowledge in the areas of sales, production, customization, warehousing, and shipping, enabling her to assure that every order runs smoothly and that all our customer’s needs are met. She enjoys creating strong relationships with both existing and new customers, is very easy to work with, and is always available to assist customers with their inquiries. She has a strong work ethic and a philosophy of always going above and beyond to ensure a customer’s satisfaction.

Maja’s many years of accounting experience in various industries has made her a well-rounded professional who balances attention to detail with a consultative touch. Her experience extends not only to the United States but overseas as well. In addition to a strong accounting background Maja is technologically savvy. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Higher Business School of Leskovac, Serbia.

Jaron has more than 20 years of warehouse experience in customer relations, quality control, data entry, shipping, receiving and inventory control. He also has 10 years managing and supervising projects for companies such as Iron Mountain Film and Sound and Stone Source Inc. Jaron brings accuracy, creativity and attention to detail to Icelandirect while maintaining a safe, clean working environment for all warehouse employees. He ensures our clients receive their product shipments on time with efficiency and quality assurance.

Natividad has experience in supervising nutraceutical production, both liquid and softgel filling, as well as a wide ranging understanding of quality control and quality assurance.

Angie spent 13 years at Reliance Vitamin Company with extensive experience managing the distribution fulfillment center, inventory, customer invoicing and customer service. She is excited to join the Icelandirect team and use her past experience to help grow the Company. Angie has a degree from Union County College.

Kale was the founder of KEX Consulting which specializes in Internet marketing, SEO, paid search, cost-per-action campaigns, web design, and ecommerce solutions. He was instrumental in the success of Brazilian Basics, Brazilian Acai and Boomer Berry DRTV campaigns. Kale has a B.S. in Marketing from University of Missouri-Columbia.
