Mark H. Stenberg, CEO
Mark was the founder and CEO of Iceland Health, Inc. which was acquired in a 2006 merger with Nutrition 21, Inc. (NXXI), a
Nasdaq-traded public company. Under Mark's stewardship Iceland Health became the largest selling brand of omega-3 in the U.S.
Mark is a founding member of Icelandirect and has served as CEO since 2009. Prior to coming to the supplement industry, Mark
spent 20 years in the computer industry founding and subsequently selling 7 computer-related enterprises. He has an MBA from
University of Virginia and is active on the Government Affairs Committee of the Electronic Retailing Association.
Brandon Miller, President
Brandon was a co-founder of Brazilian Basics, a nutritional supplement marketer, before joining Icelandirect in 2009 as Senior VP
of Sales. He has since been promoted to President, overseeing all of Icelandirect’s import and distribution operations including
product development, assisting clients in sourcing, and developing strategic products within the health and wellness industry.
Brandon’s prior experience includes sales management at The Career Center in New York. He has a B.A. from the University of
Christina is one of the direct response industry’s leading experts on financial, accounting and cost control supervision and
management. As the former long-time Director of Operations for Iceland Health, she obtained extensive experience in overseeing
the daily operations of a product marketing campaign including telemarketing, customer service, fulfillment and database
processing. Prior to Iceland Health, Christina was an assistant controller at EURO RSCG, the country’s largest direct response
media buyer. She has an M.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida International University.
Christina Carlini, Director of Operations
Steven has been involved in almost every aspect of the natural products industry for over 20 years. Starting out as an organic
herb and vegetable farmer and then moving on to herbal extractions and dehydration technologies, product development, sales,
marketing and handling and processing bulk raw materials. The opportunity to work with marine lipids from the purest waters in
the world is a natural progression in his desire to be involved in bringing products that are of the highest quality to the industry.
Steven Lattey, Sales Associate
James retired out of the Navy with extensive experience working in the Pacific Rim, especially in Japan and Korea. His most recent
positions involve exporting products for Active Liquid Wellness and CellQuest corporations. He has over 10 years experience
working in the health nutrition field throughout the U.S. He markets several liquid products under Active Liquid Wellness that are
complementary to the superior fish oils produced by Icelandirect. He has a MS in physics and space systems engineering and is
presently working on his Doctorate of Management with a specialty area of Global Leadership at Colorado Technical University.
James Morris, Sales Associate
Kale owns KEX Consulting which specializes in Internet marketing, SEO, paid search, cost-per-action campaigns, web design, and
ecommerce solutions. He was instrumental in the success of Brazilian Basics, Brazilian Acai & Boomer Berry DRTV campaigns.
Kale has a B.S. in Marketing from University of Missouri-Columbia.
